We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following policy:

Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, we begin processing your order, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page as soon as possible with your order details.
  2. If your request meets the 24-hour eligibility window, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • Digital downloads and gift cards are non-cancelable after purchase.
