Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will need to ship the item back to us at your expense.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
